As a Registered Social Worker, I have a passion for supporting children, youth, and families. I have experience working with young people navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, social communication difficulties, low self-esteem, and difficulties with transitions. I believe that with the right care, tools, and understanding, every child and family has the ability to overcome challenges and thrive.

I use a combination of trauma-informed, attachment-based, and evidence-driven approaches to address concerns and strengthen a child’s emotional well-being and overall functioning. Collaboration is at the heart of my practice. I work closely with parents and children to understand the root of challenges and build a toolbox of practical strategies for growth.

I see growth as much like the changing seasons, unfolding with time, patience, and the right support. In our sessions, we will approach your emotions and challenges with curiosity, compassion, and creativity. Whether through conversation, play, or reflective parent coaching, my goal is to help children and families develop the skills and confidence they need to navigate life’s ups and downs.

My aim is to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where children and their families feel supported and understood. Every child has unique strengths and needs, and I strive to ensure their voices are heard and their experiences are honoured. Together, we can work towards creating meaningful change and building a stronger foundation for the future.
