I believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, and change, and with the right support or guidance, you can learn to navigate barriers and live more freely. My easy-going, sensitive, and caring approach allows me to connect and build trust while supporting clients as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—facilitating positive change and personal growth.

My primary focus is working with children, youth, adolescents, and young adults, meeting them where they are at emotionally, developmentally, and situationally. My goal is to work collaboratively with each client so they feel understood and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s transitions. I strongly believe children should be viewed within the context of their family, and I work alongside parents and caregivers to help them provide the best possible support for their child.

Voice of the Child (VOC) Reporting

As a trained professional in Voice of the Child (VOC) Reporting, I provide children with a neutral and supportive environment to express their views on family-related matters, particularly in separation and custody cases. VOC reports allow children’s perspectives to be considered in decision-making while ensuring they are not placed in the middle of adult conflicts. My role is to gather and present the child’s views accurately and objectively, helping parents and the court make informed, child-focused decisions.

Parent Coaching

Every family is unique, and I tailor my sessions to meet the specific needs of parents and caregivers. Whether you're a new parent, navigating family transitions, or facing challenges with children who have health concerns or disabilities, I offer personalized support to help you build confidence and strengthen your parenting skills. My approach is collaborative, focusing on identifying strengths, setting goals, and empowering families to thrive.

Individual Therapy

I am committed to helping individuals overcome personal challenges and improve their mental well-being. I meet clients where they are at, recognizing that healing is a unique journey for everyone. My approach is always personalized, taking into account each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for those struggling with trauma, anxiety, or distressing life experiences, using evidence-based techniques to support healing. Through compassionate listening and collaborative problem-solving, we will work together to unlock your potential and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
