About Stacey

Stacey Cook MSW, RSW. CW Therapy

I provide counselling to individuals who have experienced trauma, mental health concerns, or relationship issues. I have worked with many first responders (police officers, firefighters, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, nurses etc.) dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other comorbid concerns.

I also enjoy supporting individuals dealing with perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as birth trauma.

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and empowering process where we work together to enhance your skill set to cope with whatever challenges you are going through. Please feel free to read more about how we support first responders and perinatal individuals under the specialized services tab.
