What is CBT?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of therapy geared to helping you learn to earn how to challenge common unhelpful thinking patterns that are getting in the way of your wellness. You will be able to handle obstacles in your own life by feeling more grounded, focusing on the facts, and acting intentionally to be the person you want to be.
Not every thought you have is true.
CBT Can help you recognize which thoughts are helpful and which ones are holding you back.
The Cognitive Behavioural Triangle
CBT is often illustrated with the Cognitive Behavioural Triangle, which shows the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. By noticing how these elements influence one another, CBT empowers you to make intentional changes that improve your mental wellbeing.
