I believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, and change, and with the right support or guidance you can learn to navigate barriers and live more freely. With 15+ years of experience, my easy-going, sensitive, and caring approach allows me to connect and build trust while supporting clients as they explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, thereby facilitating positive change and personal growth.

Children, Youth & Adolescents
I offer an environment that will allow clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions without being judged. My goal within the therapeutic process is to collaboratively work together with children and families so they feel understood and develop the tools they need to navigate through big changes & life events. I strongly believe children should be viewed within the context of the family and will work alongside and support parents/caregivers so that you can best support your child in any way that they need.

Parent Coaching
Sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. Whether you’re a new parent, navigating family transitions, or facing challenges with children who have health concerns or disabilities, I’m here to provide personalized support. I create a collaborative space to identify your strengths, set goals, and address areas for growth, empowering you to build a resilient and thriving family.

Individual Therapy
I aim to help clients address personal challenges and improve mental health, My approach is personalized to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. Through compassionate listening, evidence-based techniques, and collaborative problem-solving, we’ll work together to unlock your potential and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
