Specialties:

Life and relationships can be complicated and sometimes we find the things that matter most to us are the most difficult to navigate. I believe that therapy should be a place where you can be the most genuine version of yourself and can speak honestly and freely without judgement. My approach is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I move at a pace that is comfortable for my clients and work collaboratively with them to balance empathy and validation with practical strategies that bring forth meaningful change.

I have a particular interest in working with couples who are feeling disconnected, struggling with communication, navigating changes in their relationship, or working through more difficult experiences such as betrayal or an affair. I also support couples who are navigating parenting differences, blended family dynamics, work-life balance, mental and domestic load, and differences in sexual desire. My goal is to help couples better understand each other, communicate more openly, and work toward a healthier and more connected relationship.

For individuals, I support clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, phobias, grief, trauma, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and the challenges that can come with major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in women's mental health, including the emotional and mental health challenges associated with perinatal and postpartum experiences, perimenopause, and menopause. I provide a welcoming and affirming space for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and people in diverse relationship structures, including those seeking support around sexual wellness and relationships.

Whether you are coming to therapy on your own or with a partner, I want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole experience into the room. We can work together to better understand what is happening, identify what you would like to change, and find practical ways forward.
