Specialties:
As a registered social worker with 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, I am deeply committed to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals including military members, veterans and first responders - such as police officers, firefighters, paramedics, 911 dispatchers and nurses - who often face unique and complex stressors in both their personal and professional lives.
I have extensive experience supporting those who have been impacted by trauma, and I also work with clients facing other concerns such as anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, significant life stressors, grief, and recovery concerns.
Asking for help can feel overwhelming and vulnerable. My role is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can lay down what’s been weighing on you. Together, we will explore your experiences, uncover your strengths and help you move forward on your path to wellness.
Please consider booking a free 15 minute consultation so we can discuss your goals and ensure we are a good fit.
