About Sarah
My passion is to create a safe and welcoming place for you to explore, reflect, and build skills to deal with life's challenges. With a holistic framework and a person-centered approach, I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, eating disorders and various other areas impacting mental health and well-being. With over 10 years experience working with individuals with mental illness and concurrent disorders, I am skilled in formulating intervention and treatment plans to accomplish my client's identified goals through an anti-oppressive lens. As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker, I am committed to providing trauma-informed care to individuals aged 16 and above in Oakville.

In addition to my experience, I have completed meaningful trainings and certificates which are listed below in order to further enhance my ability to be a competent Psychotherapist who values accountability, respect and compassion.
One of the more important relationships is the one we will develop together in our sessions. With this in mind, I invite you to please book a free 15 minute consultation to see if we may be a good fit. My priority is always to work together with my clients in a compassionate and collaborative way to honour who you are and guide you towards the life you want.
