About Stephanie
Student Therapist
I believe that the therapeutic process is not a destination, but as an ongoing journey of self-discovery and growth. As a Registered Social Worker and MSW placement student from Laurier University, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to process their emotions and experiences.
My therapy approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, recognizing that each person’s experiences uniquely shape their behaviour. By helping clients identify and understand these patterns, I empower them to explore their inner world, trust their instincts, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
With a holistic and empathic approach, I am committed to supporting your journey toward empowerment and personal strength. I will ensure that your unique experiences and abilities are honoured as we work together toward healing and growth. Please book a free consultation to find out more about how I can support you.
Stephanie is now offering an 8 week package for Enhancing your Emotional Wellbeing!
As the winter months approach and daylight diminishes, we know this can have significant impact on our mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing. This can be especially true for those impacted by Depression and Seasonal Affective Disorder.
CW now offers an 8 week package to support your mood. This package is psycho-educational and skills based. It offers you 8 one-on-one sessions with our supervised practitioners at a reduced rate, while walking away with the tangible skills you need to take control and better manage through winter!
