About Stephanie
Student Therapist
I believe that the therapeutic process is not a destination, but as an ongoing journey of self-discovery and growth. As a Registered Social Worker and MSW placement student from Laurier University, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to process their emotions and experiences.
My therapy approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, recognizing that each person’s experiences uniquely shape their behaviour. By helping clients identify and understand these patterns, I empower them to explore their inner world, trust their instincts, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
With a holistic and empathic approach, I am committed to supporting your journey to ward empowerment and personal strength. I will ensure that your unique experiences and abilities are honoured as we work together toward healing and growth. Please book a free consultation to find out more about how I can support you.
