Behaviour Activation Using an Activity Diary

When struggling with depressed mood, it can be very helpful to track your mood over a week. We find it most helpful to write down what you were doing at the time and simply rate mood from (1-10 with 10 being highest). Try to include activities that give you a sense of Achievement, Closeness, or Enjoyment in your day. Bring your activity diary to your next therapy appointment to discuss any themes that arise.
